Purchased 4 new tires and had the front end aligned today. As usual Josh and the crew jumped in and did this very fast and got me back on the road! Very happy with the tires and the service. Will highly recommend to anyone!
I called the mitchem tire shop yesterday December 15th I was in route to Branson and had a terrible vibration in my truck. Josh told me to come in when I got there and he would get it in immediately. As soon as I arrived he took my info. And immediately pulled my truck in the shop. All my tires where out of balance he let me come out to the shop and showed me how bad they were. They balanced all 4 tires for only 85 bucks which I thought was very reasonable! Josh was very informative and very helpful. I highly recommend this place
I ordered tires yesterday and asked them to call me if they come in early today so they called me at 7:45 am and told me they arrived and i came in at 8:15 and was out the door at 9 am so i was able to be be on time to my urgent meeting that was planned a month before! Gary and his team were on top of it! They nailed it! Thank you guys!!!
